Premier League (PL) powerhouse Liverpool welcomes Everton to its home turf.
The match between the two teams, who share a home in Liverpool, Merseyside, is known as the Merseyside Derby. Despite being known for their low-key atmosphere, it’s one of the most carded derby matches in the league. Liverpool take on local rivals Everton in PL 9R. The Reds will be without the services of Cody Hackford and Robertson due to injury, but have replacements such as Núñez and Cimicas waiting in the wings. In addition, Curtis Jones, who was sent off against Tottenham in Week 7, and Georginio Wijnaldum have been cleared of suspension and could be available for the upcoming match against Everton.
Liverpool also have ace Mohamed Salah and Van Dijk shaking off the rust to lead the team. Can Liverpool bounce back against Everton after a brief lull in form, failing to pick up a win in their last two games?

The likes of Doucoure and Calvert-Lewin have led the way with decent performances, but the Toffees sit 16th in the league with two wins, one draw and five losses. Everton, who have lost four straight Merseyside derbies, will be looking for revenge against Liverpool. Everton have been strong on the road this season, winning three and drawing one of their four away games, including cup competitions. It will be interesting to see if Everton can end their losing streak against Liverpool when they travel to Anfield on November 21.
