China’s men’s soccer team is having a rough go of it.
The 80th-ranked Chinese national team drew 1-1 with 137th-ranked Malaysia in a friendly in Chengdu, China, on Sept. 9 after conceding an early goal. The Chinese repeated the tragedy on December 12, when they lost 0-1 to FIFA’s 94th-ranked Syria in a second exhibition match at the same venue. 안전놀이터
The Syria game was even more shocking. China lost to Syria despite a total of 18 shots on goal, including La Liga star Urei playing the entire game. In February, China promoted Serbian coach Alexander Jankovic from the U23s to the A team, but it didn’t work.
