Germany’s Bild reported the same, saying, “According to our information, Levy is currently in Miami, where his family is on a two-week vacation. Levy, who is known in soccer circles as a negotiator, wants to extract more money from Munich. Munich offered a transfer fee of 93 million euros ($133.9 million) plus options for more than 100 million euros ($144 million), but Mr. Levy rejected the offer.”
It looks like negotiations are going the Spurs’ way. Tottenham’s Levy is considered a master negotiator and, conversely, a difficult target for other teams. Once again, it appears that Levy is negotiating on his own terms.
